we have basic knowledge about worm farming but would welcome any lessons from experience in the school environment.

NPS Kitchen Garden funding grants

I was recently successful with obtaining a Coles Junior Landcare grant to expand our kitchen garden.

My strategy was to target the requested funding at a particular aspect of the kitchen garden - in this case "Sheltering the Edible Classroom" from damaging winds (and sun), rather than just a bland request to build beds and erect trellis.
